How is the 80/20 split worked out?
For each sale we take what Stripe actually pays out — the price minus Stripe's processing fee — and you get 80% of that. Ezyastra keeps 20%. Example: a $19 sale with a $0.85 fee leaves $18.15; you get $14.52.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts go out at the start of each month by PayPal or bank transfer, once you've earned at least $20. Add where to send your money in My account → My uploads. Every payout is listed there.
How long does the check take?
Usually within a day. You'll see the status in My uploads — “Waiting for review”, then “Live” or “Not approved” with a note.
What if a buyer asks for a refund?
If a sale is refunded, its share is removed from your earnings. Clear descriptions and real screenshots keep refunds rare.
Do I keep the rights to my product?
Yes. You own your work, and you can sell it anywhere else too — nothing here is exclusive. You give Ezyastra permission to host, show and deliver it to buyers.
What about taxes?
You're responsible for any tax on your earnings where you live. Your sales and payouts in My account give you the records you need.
Can I give something away for free?
Yes — set the price to 0. Free products are a great way to build a following before you sell.
